**Please note, all returned products must be returned in their original boxes with all contents included. You must E-Mail sales@SpikesSpaSecrets.com with the following details to obtain an RMA#:
1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The product title being returned.
4. Description of the reason you wish to return product
Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Following the instructions above, you may return any merchandise you are not satisfied with within 14 days from the time you receive it only if the products are in the original condition and packaging.

You may cancel your order within seven days of your purchase date, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.
If you cancel your order after the shipment of any goods, you must return them to us, unopened and sealed in original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Unless the order is incorrect, shipping charges for return of non-damaged goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
